About OwnCourt
OwnCourt is an early product concept operated by MB Rei Exitus. The website validates demand for a white-label racquet-club platform. It is not a live booking, payment or membership service.
No product commitment
Visual interfaces, feature descriptions, dates and future directions are concepts. They do not create a promise that a particular feature, integration or release date will be delivered.
Founding Club applications
Submitting an application is free and creates no payment, reservation or contractual commitment. A club becomes part of a pilot only after qualification, a discovery conversation and written agreement on shared scope, delivery window, responsibilities, cancellation and other commercial terms.
Pricing and deposit
The planned Founding Club price is £199 per month after launch, fixed for the first 24 months, for one location and up to eight courts. Any £500 reservation deposit would only be requested after written pilot scope, delivery window and terms are agreed. It would be credited in full against future OwnCourt invoices and refunded if OwnCourt does not deliver the agreed pilot scope within that delivery window. The website does not collect a deposit.
Shared product roadmap
Founding Clubs may influence prioritisation within one shared OwnCourt product roadmap. OwnCourt is not custom software developed independently for each club. Any club-specific configuration or agreed exception must be recorded in the written pilot terms.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, submit unlawful content or use automated means to abuse the application form. We may restrict access needed to protect the service.
Liability
The website is provided for evaluation and demand validation. To the extent permitted by law, MB Rei Exitus is not liable for decisions made in reliance on unlaunched product concepts or provisional information on this site.
Final legal review
These terms are a working draft and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before OwnCourt enters binding pilot agreements.
